The  Shamrock ESCo Process

1.    The Initial  Shamrock ESCo / Client  Contact

The client contacts Shamrock ESCo by E-mail either at [email protected] or via the Contact Us Page. The Shamrock ESCo Consultant needs to know some basic information including Client’s Business Name, Client Contact Information (Name, Phone Number & E-Mail Address), Site Name, Site Location, Type of Facility such as Commercial Office Building, School, Hospital, Restaurant, Hotel, Warehouse, Industrial Manufacturing, etc.

2.    The Client Site Survey/Evaluation

A Shamrock ESCo Consultant will contact the Client to schedule an initial site meeting and evaluation.  The Client should be prepared to supply the Shamrock ESCo Consultant with a 24 month billing record of the building’s utilities including electricity, natural gas and water. The Shamrock ESCo Consultant will need access to the building’s HVAC Systems, Lighting Systems, Power Distribution Systems and Plumbing Systems.

3.    Data Evaluation & Solutions Development

Shamrock ESCo will analyze the gathered data and develop an Energy Costs Savings Report (ECSR) complete with general, conservative costs savings estimates.

4.    Solutions Design Proposal Developed

If the client chooses to move forward, the Shamrock ESCo Consultant will return to the site to perform a more detailed site survey of the HVAC Systems, Lighting Systems, Electrical Systems and Plumbing System as well as other parts of the building that can possibly be improved to generate energy savings.  An Energy Costs Savings Solutions Proposal will then be presented to the client for consideration.

There is a predetermined, prepaid fee for this portion of the Shamrock ESCo Process.  This fee will cover the site survey, data analysis and solutions development.

5.     Implementing The Energy Savings Solutions

When the client chooses to proceed, the Shamrock ESCo Consultant will manage the implementation of the Energy Savings Solutions.

6.    Client Energy Savings

Once the Energy Saving Solutions are implemented the client will begin to save energy and money!
